Thank you for looking after the cats’ travel arrangements to New Zealand. I’m sure it won’t surprise you to know that they arrived looking as if nothing had happened! They were healthy, relaxed and curious and looked like they had been on holiday. Both catteries (UK & NZ) were kind and friendly as well. The cats are delighted that we now live in a jungle (a gully with ferns) and spend their days lolling about under foliage in the shade. I’m so glad that we brought them with us, as not only would I hate to be without them, but our daughter (2 years old) clearly missed them too and is now busy training them..!

I want to thank you for making our move to Spain so easy and stress free.

Your driver picked Steffie and myself up in plenty of time so there was no rush or panic at the airport. He stayed with me until Steffie had [been] given the all clear to travel and then dropped me off at the passenger terminal.

We started taking him outside wearing a harness and on a lead his fifth day here and by the Monday, one week after arrival, he was okay outside and we still have him. That surely is proof of the low level of stress the journey gave him. By the way the garden is completely fenced in and he likes to climb the almond trees.

Once again, thank you for the first class service you and everyone at Jets4Pets have given to Steffie and myself.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your help with Possum’s and Monkey’s big jaunt down under. It all went without a hitch and they were a HUGE hit at Byford. They are loving freedom after doing ‘hard time’ and are big fans of the beach

We used Jets4Pets when we flew from Doncaster to Cyprus over 6 years ago with our old boy Denven. I was really impressed from the first conversation. Denven had no problems going off with the friendly man to be driven to the airport.

Brilliant service, brilliant customer relations, you can’t beat them! They are with you from start to finish, and make it so simple. Keep up the good work!

I really cannot sign the praises of all the guys and girls at Jets4pets enough. They made the transition for both me and my 2 highly pretentious, highly strung Persians as smooth as possible.

Even when we thought we’d hit a brick wall, they came up with a solution and made what seemed like the impossible, possible. My boys have now arrived safe and sound in the Middle East.
